Allo? Nancy calling Part 3

Allo, allo!

Nancy can be found in the Lorraine region and is the capital of the Meurthe-et-Moselle département. There are many smaller towns (or communes) found around Nancy including Jarville-la-Malgrange, Laxou, Maxéville, Malzéville, Saint-Max and many many more.

The average altitude of Nancy is about 212 metres above sea level and the River Meurthe flows nearby.

One interesting thing you must do while you’re in Nancy though, is ride the tramway. Unlike Melbourne’s famous trams or even Sydney’s light rail, Nancy’s system is actually a guided bus route. The trams have a form of tyres! Incredible hey?
